On March 19, 2025, Qingdao Julitong Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. announced that its self-developed new hollow lattice plate production line was officially put into operation. The production line adopts fully automated design, the main motor power up to 110KW, can produce specifications of 1800mm to 2100mm PP/PC hollow lattice board, with corrosion resistance, high impact resistance and other characteristics, products are widely used in the field of building formwork, logistics packaging and sound insulation materials.

It is reported that the production line has achieved continuous and stable operation after starting up, the theoretical daily production capacity of more than 12 tons, the annual production capacity is expected to exceed 4,000 tons, is expected to meet the rapid growth of domestic demand for new building materials. The person in charge of the company said that the future will be combined with market demand to further expand production and promote energy-saving technology upgrades. This production marks the technological breakthrough of Qingdao Julitong in the field of plastic sheet manufacturing.
